All are welcome to join the joint choir rehearsal at 6:30 PM. ‘tis the Season ...to share the abundance of what we have with those around us. The final months of the year are dominated by Thanksgiving and Christmas, which makes this an excellent time for us to share from the abundance of what God has given us. Throughout November: Food Collections for the Salvation Army Christmas Food Baskets. Bring in food before December 5th. December 5th: Angel Tree! Angels (Christmas gift requests for children who would otherwise not have much for Christmas) have been distributed and need to be returned December 5th. If you have any questions about the Angel Tree, please talk with Dawn Bacon. December 11th: Sorting and boxing up food for the Salvation Army Food Baskets at the BB&T in Kenbridge. Community Thanksgiving Service Pastor Andrew will be preaching at this year’s Community Thanksgiving Service today, at the Iglesia Hispana Bautista Anastasis at 7 PM. The church is one mile north of Kenbridge on Route 40 towards Blackstone. Please come and bring either canned goods to be donated to Lunenburg County Ministries or a refreshment item for after the service.
